Once the units are constructed, the Trailhead restaurant and pub will be built on a five-acre parcel within walking distance to the condos.
Most of the regulatory permitting process for the pub/restaurant is complete. Conditional use permits are approved, Corps of Engineers assessments are finished, our SEPA environmental permits are completed, we are not a critical area as determined by the County, DNR permitting is done, and the forest service has granted us responsibility to upgrade and maintain the access road. We’ve completed work on a clearing and site prep last year. Power runs to the site.
Most importantly, this project has support from the local community’s people, business owners and civic leaders.
